A challenging career year? 😱 To say the least! Don't you agree? I know it's been the most challenging and probably the worst year for many of you. It has been very challenging for me too! However, when I was asked to give a "SUE TALK" I jumped at the chance! Truth be told, I didn't know what I was getting into when I said, "YES!"

You see I have spent the last 20 years speaking in front of large audiences and I am really good at impromptu and formal presentations. However, when I was told that I had to speak from the heart about my career, personal success and challenges and I only had twelve-minutes to deliver the talk to a live audience with no teleprompter…well I panicked! 😨 Wouldn't you?

I took it as a challenge and an opportunity that could and would change my life. So, I pushed myself because I knew that there were women that needed to hear my story. If you are reading this, you probably need to hear my story too.

Today, I share this picture as a testimony that regardless of your challenges, you should never walk away from an opportunity that may change your life because it may not come around again.

I can sincerely say that after giving the Sue Talk, I am a different person. Soon I will be sharing the video with you too, so you can hear the talk. I know you will get a lot out of it.
